Self Workshop Week 2

Forgiveness is a act we do for oneself, there is no way to live a happy life with resentment. If I've learned anything in life it definitely is to accept apologies never gotten. In order to move on from anyone who has ever mistreated or affected you in a negative way, you must forgive.  In career friendships and relationships there are people who will mistreat you take advantage of your good intentions.


This weeks exercise is to write a letter to a person who has hurt you in your life, If you haven't had anyone hurt you but you have hurt or mistreated someone write them a letter of apology.


This letter will maybe be for yourself, blocking yourself from your full potential and growth.


Once your write this letter you must let it go, throw it away burn it, cut it into pieces and see how you feel after. Release any Negativity that might be holding you back from a positive life.
